All new clients begin with a 20-minute Zoom consultation ($30) so we have space to connect, explore what you’re seeking, and determine whether this work feels like the right fit for your goals. If you choose to move forward, that fee will be credited toward your initial session. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out—curiosity is enough.

Clients local to the Boston area are welcome to meet with me at my Somerville office. For those elsewhere in New England, I may be able to travel to your location for in-person sessions — reach out to discuss. For those outside the region, intensive formats are available; a consultation is required to explore this option. Some sessions can also take place via Zoom when appropriate to your goals and situation.
