About Unbound Intimacy

Meet your Practitioner, Lauren

Human connection shapes so much of how we move through the world—how we love, how we trust, how we communicate, how safe we feel in our own bodies.

For many people, intimacy doesn’t come easily. Shame, trauma, inexperience, disconnection, anxiety, relationship wounds, neurodivergence, chronic stress, or simply never having had a space to explore openly can make connection feel confusing, overwhelming, or out of reach.

You deserve a space where nothing about your experience is “too much,” “too complicated,” or too shameful to bring forward.

Lauren offers a warm, grounded, non-judgmental space for exploring intimacy, embodiment, sexuality, relational connection, and emotional expression with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Her path into this work was shaped by a lifelong capacity for deep empathy, attunement, and connection—paired with extensive professional training in somatic intimacy work, surrogate partner therapy, therapeutic kink, consent-based touch, and trauma-aware relational practice.

This work is about developing a more authentic relationship with your body, your desires, your boundaries, your communication, and your capacity for connection.

Whether you’re navigating intimacy anxiety, touch hunger, relationship challenges, shame, sexual exploration, embodiment after trauma, or simply longing to feel more at home in yourself, you do not have to navigate that terrain alone.

Growth happens in relationship. Sometimes what creates transformation is having a space where you can be fully seen, supported, and met exactly where you are.

You Are Welcome Here

This space is for the open-hearted, the curious, the wounded, and the brave. It’s for bodies of every shape and story, for people of every identity, orientation, and desire.

I welcome individuals and couples of all sizes, races, gender identities, and sexual orientations. This work is rooted in respect for the full range of human experience, and I strive to meet each person with attunement, care, and reverence for their lived reality.

This is reclamation. This is repair. This is learning what it feels like to be home inside yourself.
