Challenges around intimacy can sprout from a number of catalysts; trauma, neurodivergence, unexplored curiosities. But with a little gentle guidance and willingness to work, you can move forward with a fresh perspective and the tools to transform your relationships for the better.
As a Massachusetts-based surrogate partner, intimacy coach, and therapeutic kink practitioner, Unbound Intimacy offers a safe space for you to be yourself and experience the rewards of joyous, authentic, and confident intimacy.
Meet your Practitioner, Lauren

I believe life revolves around forming intimate connections. It may come naturally to some, but for others, it may take a bit of practice. In my former work, I was a hairstylist for nearly two decades, and the best part of my job was learning about the guests in my chair and identifying their wants, needs, and desires in life. After feeling honored to have become such a safe space for my salon clients, I felt moved to pursue a new path where I could focus on helping others in a more intimate capacity and setting.
As someone who was constantly told growing up that I “felt too deeply” or “loved too easily”, I learned to see that as my superpower. I came to realize that my capacity for feeling and loving is a unique strength– I am able to empathize and connect with others and nurture their own strength.
If finding freedom through intimacy and sexuality feels like an intangible concept, we can work together to bring it to fruition. Over the last ten years I have worked with many clients who experience issues with shame, trauma, confusion and/or suppression of their sexuality. My experience has taught me how to help heal those who suffer with these issues, and I have bolstered this experiential learning with rigorous and comprehensive training.
You deserve a non-judgmental space to be vulnerable. Unbound Intimacy can become your container to explore, grow, and gain confidence in ways that are difficult to do alone. Finding freedom through intimacy and sexuality can feel like a dark and daunting place; I’m here to offer a safe and guiding light.
